About Casa Sabura

Sabura is an African expression that means good life, moments of joy and happiness, which is what you will experience during your stay with us.

Casa Sabura is a charming Balinese style house decorated with handcrafted furniture from Africa, Asia, and Costa Rica. It is situated only 1km from Playa Avellanas, one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features a private pool, a wraparound deck and outdoor lounging areas in a lush jungle setting. Casa Sabura is custom built with floor to ceiling windows surrounding the house. The master bedroom features a king size bed, the second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Each room has a sliding door which leads to the wraparound deck. Both rooms are equipped with their own independent A/C units. The third bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a queen size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom with a shower.

The surrounding property creates a lush, tropical ambiance and connection with nature. Enjoy your morning coffee while monkeys climb from tree to tree and parrots fly overhead.

Although Casa Sabura is situated in a secluded environment, it is still close to several restaurants including Lola’s, one of the most famous in Costa Rica. The town of Tamarindo is only a 25-minute drive away, making it easy to stock up on supplies and spend time in a more touristy area if you wish.
